David Williams is a third-generation first responder who spent over 30 years serving the public. David spent most of his career at the Westerville Fire Department, rising through the ranks to become a Deputy Fire Chief.

During his decades of service, David handled leadership, code enforcement, labor law issues, contract negotiations, disciplinary hearings, budgeting, and funding for a publicly funded department — and led the fire investigation team, determining fire cause and pursuing criminal acts related to fire and explosions. David was instrumental in implementing a UAS program that leads the region in drone operations.

David has a diverse background with several university degrees, including fire engineering, fire department management, and two Master of Laws degrees from Albany Law School.

After 32 years in public service, David has become an entrepreneur specializing in Medicare and other health solutions along with providing life insurance solutions. He formed Ginger Hill Life and Health to continue serving the public and protecting the health and wealth of his clients.
David is based in Central Ohio and is licensed in several other states.
